In the event that your telemetry data does not update or progress, please follow the steps below to ensure that your equipment is working properly, before contacting Scadamark.

– Attempt to connect with instrument provider software ( Masterlink32 or Talon)
– Reset your wireless modem located externally on the modem case.
– Perform a command prompt ping using the units I.P. Address.
